About Me

Hi, I am Rabia. 👋🏼

I'm an architect turned product designer with 8+ years of experience, and for the last few of them I've led design teams. I started out designing physical spaces. Now I design digital ones, and I lead the people who design them. My work runs in two directions: building the practice a team needs to do good work, and growing the designers doing it. At Ayogo that meant standing up DesignOps and rebuilding a patient experience from service blueprints up. At LaunchGood it means hiring for craft, setting the goals, and helping a team become AI-first without losing the plot on quality.

The architecture background still shows up in how I work. I think in systems and behaviours, I design with empathy, and I validate with evidence instead of taste. I care most about work that earns its place in someone's life, in healthcare and beyond. I take the mission seriously, and I'll step in wherever a project needs me to get it over the line.
